I had a question about my order and they got back to me really quickly. The reply actually felt helpful too, not like some copy-paste answer. The little bit of confusion probably could’ve been preventable with clearer order info, but overall I’m happy with the experience

"Really happy with the fit"
Ordered a suit from Skopes and I was suprised how well it fit. I used the size guide and it was pretty much spot on. Jacket sat nicely on the shoulders and the trousers weren’t too tight or too long, which is always my worry tbh. Didn’t have to send anything back either, rare for me. Really happy with it.

"A Suit That Made Me Feel Like the Main Event"
I bought a suit from Skopes i was impressed. The design is really smart without screaming for attention, which is exactly what I wanted. The cut feels modern and sharp, and when I wore it out, the compliments came rolling in like I’d just stepped onto a red carpet. Dramatic? Maybe. But it did make me feel seriously put together. I’d happily buy from them again because the style was exactly what I was after.

"Delivery timing was confusing"
I ordered some clothes for an event and the delivery part was frustrating. The website made it seem like it would arrive by a certain day, but then it showed up later than that, so I was left waiting around without really knowing what was going on. The clothes themselves were fine, but the mixed messages and lack of clear updates made the whole thing stressful. Not sure I’d take the chance again if I needed something by a specific date.

"Refund was surprisingly quick"
I had to send my order back because the fit wasn’t right, and I was a bit suspicious it was going to turn into one of those long, annoying refund situations. But it actually got sorted really quickly, and the money was back in my account within a few days. Didn’t even have to chase them, which was a nice surprise.

"Stock info could be better"
I ordered a suit that looked like it was in stock on the website, then maybe a day or so later got an email saying it wasn't actually available. Frustrating since I needed it for an event and ended up having to rush around trying to find something else. The refund came through without any real issue, but they definitely need to sort out the stock info so it’s more accurate.

"Took a while, but they fixed it"
From what I remember, the whole thing started off frustrating. I had an issue with my order and it felt like it took longer than it should have to get a proper response. At the time, I was quite annoyed. But looking back, once someone actually picked up the complaint, they handled it and I did get my refund. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but in the end they did put it right.

"Suit came back fitting way better"
Got a suit adjusted through Skopes and it fits much better now. It did take a little longer than I thought it would, but the staff kept everything straightforward and easy. the stitching looks neat too, so no real complaints. Happy enough overall and i’d use them again.

"Exchange worked out, but the waiting was frustrating"
I had to exchange a jacket for a different size, and while it did get sorted in the end, the whole process took longer than I expected. I think what made it feel more stressful was the lack of updates, because when you’re waiting and not really sure what’s happening, it’s easy to start feeling a bit annoyed. The jacket exchange was handled eventually, so I’m glad about that, but the communication could definitely have been better.

Bought a suit from Skopes i’m really happy with it. The tailoring is spot on, the jacket sits really nicely, and the trousers didn’t need any messing about at all. It feels well made too, just feels like a good quality suit. I’d definitely use them again, no question.

I ordered from skopes.co.uk and had a really good experience. They kept me updated the whole way through, with emails when my order was confirmed, packed, and then on its way!! Delivery arrived on time and everything was nice and straightforward. It’s a simple thing, but good communication really does make a difference. I’d definitely use them again.

"Found it, but checkout threw me off"
I did end up finding what I needed, so that part was fine. Took a bit though. The menus felt kind of slow, like I’d click and then just wait for things to catch up. Checkout was where I got a little confused. Not terrible, just not super clear in the moment. Got it done eventually.

"Sizing was better than I expected"
I’ve ordered a few things from Skopes now and, to be honest, I was expecting the usual online sizing gamble where every item fits a bit differently. But so far, the sizing has been consistent and my usual size has fitted how I’d hoped, which makes a big difference. The only small letdown was that one jacket felt slightly snug compared with the trousers, so it wasn’t quite as perfect as I expected, but it wasn’t a big issue. Delivery was straightforward too. Overall, I’d happily order again.
